I'm thinking about young life, it will definitely be newer than the faculty/staff because it is closer up to the beginning. For faculty/staff I think this type of photography would be good.

Its page 6 so.. something like..
with color? because don't we want to see the teacher's faces? if not then, we can do negative images like this
